Established in 2001, Salem Renewal LLC is a family owned real estate rehabilitation company specializing in creating high-end residential and commercial spaces for rent and for sale.  Our projects range from single family remodels to large commercial and mixed use developments. In the past twenty years we have renovated over 100 units in and around the Downtown Salem area.  Our specialty lies in recognizing the potential in neglected or abused properties and revitalizing them to their highest and best use.
