Right at the edge of downtown, this large three family home needed radical updating. Salem Renewal purchased 19 Gedney Street in the fall of 2009. Modernized layouts and new kitchens and baths coupled with original details made the transformation from tired three family to modern urban living spaces complete. Within 5 1/2 months, renovations were finished and the units sold.
