About Salem Renewal LLC
Established in 2001, Salem Renewal LLC is a real estate rehabilitation company specializing in creating high-end residential and commercial spaces for rent and for sale.
Our projects range from single family remodels to mixed use developments. In the past ten years we have renovated 65 units in and around the Downtown Salem area. Our specialty lies in recognizing the potential in neglected or abused properties and revitalizing them to their highest and best use.
In 2006, Salem Renewal was recognized by Historic Salem, Inc. for our efforts in restoring Town House Square, 70 Washington Square East and The Distillery.
